Shipping and Refund Policy
SHIPPING TO YOU
Your artwork, purchased directly from Maria Jewett LLC, will be carefully wrapped and packaged for shipment. I take extra steps to ensure that your artwork is well-prepared for its journey to you. Your artwork will ship within seven (7) business days unless otherwise arranged. You'll receive a tracking number to keep you updated on the status of your shipment. If the package arrives damaged, please see the "damaged in transit" section below.

RETURNS
I want you to be delighted with your artwork. If you decide you don't want the purchased artwork for any reason, you have seven (7) days from the date of delivery to notify me (maria@mariajewett.com). I'm happy to offer you a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Please be prepared to return the artwork within three (3) days of notifying me of the return. When possible, use the original packaging or a professional packing company. The return shipment must be via a trackable shipping service. To receive full credit, the artwork must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. A refund will be issued within three (3) business days of receipt of the artwork.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you receive artwork that was damaged in shipment, please take photos immediately (before opening the package and then of the damaged artwork) and, when possible, ask the carrier to document the damage. Contact me right away (maria@mariajewett.com). I'll work with you to file a claim and replace the damaged artwork or issue you a refund.
